Home Health Occupational Therapist

Job Description

Pay: From $80.00 per hour

We are looking for a part-time Occupational Therapist to join Accurate Care Home Health.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the AOTA.
• 1 year experience as OT in home setting preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Administers occupational therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in the place of their residence.
• Develops plan of care in accordance with physician orders
• Advises and consults with the patient/family and other agency personnel
• Prepares clinical and progress notes
• Directs and supervises COTA personnel as required.
• Consults with physicians regarding change in treatments, writes reports to physician regarding patient’s progress.
